Suspect in Tennessee quadruple murder seen on home security camera.
A suspect who has eluded authorities since allegedly committing a quadruple homicide in Tennessee has been captured on home security footage. Austin Robert Drummond, 38, was recorded late Sunday night in Jackson, Tennessee, carrying a rifle as he approached a residence on Pipkin Road. The police believe he is likely still within the vicinity, as a vehicle connected to him was found in the same area last week, near Union University.
In response to this development, the Jackson Police Department has issued a warning to local residents, urging them to remain vigilant and exercise heightened caution. Authorities have classified Drummond as armed and dangerous, emphasizing the need for public awareness regarding his potential whereabouts.
Drummond is wanted for the murders of Cortney Rose, age 38, her two children, Adrianna Williams, 20, and Braydon Williams, 15, as well as Adrianna’s boyfriend, James “Michael” Wilson, 21. The bodies of all four individuals were discovered on July 29 in a wooded area located in Tiptonville, Tennessee. This tragic discovery followed an alarming incident in which a baby was found abandoned in the front yard of a home approximately 40 miles away. The victims were all connected to the infant; Wilson and Adrianna Williams were the child’s parents, Rose was the grandmother, and Braydon Williams was the uncle.
While the motive for this horrific crime remains unclear, law enforcement has indicated that Drummond had a prior relationship with the family. It has been reported that he previously dated Rose’s sister. To date, authorities have arrested three individuals in connection with the case: Tanaka Brown, Giovante Thomas, and Dearrah Sanders. All face charges of accessory after the fact to first-degree murder, with Brown also being charged with evidence tampering. The specific contribution of each suspect to the crime has not been disclosed.
Drummond’s charges are extensive and serious: he faces four counts of first-degree murder, one count of aggravated kidnapping, four counts of felon in possession of a firearm, and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony. A reward of up to ,000 has been advertised for information leading to his arrest.
As authorities continue their search for Drummond, the community remains on edge, grappling with the aftermath of this tragic incident and the ongoing threat posed by a suspect still at large.
