This financial influx has positioned the organization halfway toward its ambitious end-of-year goal of 0,000, which is designed to stabilize its operations after a recent financial crisis.

The urgency of this fundraising effort was underscored earlier this year when VietLead announced it would be forced to lay off 70% of its staff due to a severe budget shortfall. Following the financial difficulties, which saw the organization’s once-annual budget of approximately .6 million projected to be cut in half, VietLead commenced an intensive campaign to secure new funding.
