Lawsuit claims Riley Keough’s donor eggs were used to conceive John Travolta’s son, Ben.

Riley Keough, the daughter of Lisa Marie Presley, has been identified in a recent legal complaint as potentially the biological mother of Benjamin Travolta, the son of famed actors John Travolta and Kelly Preston. The allegations stem from a lawsuit filed by Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, former business associates of Priscilla Presley, that claims Keough, aged 36, donated her eggs to the Travolta family to assist Preston in becoming pregnant.

The amended complaint alleges that Keough provided her eggs to John Travolta, now 71 years old, so that Preston, who faced difficulties conceiving due to health issues, could give birth to their son Benjamin, who was born in November 2010. The suit notes that Benjamin is the couple’s second child, following the tragic death of their first son Jett Travolta in January 2009, during a family vacation.

According to the allegations, in return for her egg donation, Keough received an old Jaguar automobile and was compensated between ,000 and ,000. The suit also references Kruse and Fialko’s ongoing disputes with Priscilla Presley, especially following Lisa Marie’s passing in January 2023. The legal filing suggests that the entire Presley family is currently vying for control over Lisa Marie’s estate and associated payouts.

Additionally, Michael Lockwood, Keough’s former stepfather, reportedly conveyed to Kruse that John Travolta and Kelly Preston had previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to conceive. While it remains uncertain whether Lisa Marie’s alleged donations contributed to the births of Jett and her daughter Ella, Lockwood mentioned that Travolta had expressed a desire to pivot away from using Lisa Marie’s eggs due to concerns regarding her history with substance abuse. This led to the arrangement where Keough would step in as an egg donor.

In response to these allegations, attorneys representing Priscilla Presley have labeled the claims as preposterous and irrelevant to the issues at hand regarding Kruse and Fialko, who have accused Priscilla of financial elder abuse concerning Lisa Marie’s estate.

In a continuing back-and-forth, Kruse and Fialko’s legal representation has affirmed their innocence while asserting that they are striving to uncover the truth. They recently critiqued Priscilla Presley for purportedly withdrawing medical care for Lisa Marie in an alleged attempt to regain control over Elvis Presley’s estate.

The legal revelations surrounding this complex familial and legal situation have captured significant public interest, drawing attention to the intertwining legacies of the Presley and Travolta families.
