Two teenagers wanted in connection with the shooting death of a Penn State student in South Philadelphia.
Authorities in South Philadelphia are actively seeking two 16-year-olds in connection with the fatal shooting of 22-year-old Penn State student William “Billy” Schmidt. The police have issued arrest warrants for Kaiseem Smith and Azzubair Outen-Fleming, both charged with murder and related offenses, as confirmed by Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore.
The tragic incident occurred on June 6, when Schmidt was shot just steps away from his residence on the 2300 block of South 20th Street. It appears that the shooting was part of an attempted robbery.
