Among the establishments affected, Cali Foodies, located at 10551 Bolsa Avenue in Garden Grove, was ordered to cease operations on September 10 due to a significant cockroach infestation. Tacos & Co., situated at 18092 Culver Drive in Irvine, also faced a similar fate on the same day but was permitted to reopen just one day later, on September 11.

Afghan Shams Restaurant, found at 511 S. Brookhurst Street in Anaheim, was closed on September 10 due to a rodent infestation yet was able to resume operations by September 11. Another establishment, Wursthaus on 305 E. Fourth Street in Santa Ana, was closed on the same day for analogous reasons involving a cockroach infestation.

San Sivar, located at 8863 Adams Avenue in Huntington Beach, was also shut down on September 10, although no specific reason for the closure was provided. Meanwhile, Oki Niku Japanese Donburi, found at 17881 Sky Park Circle in Irvine, was closed on September 9 because of a cockroach infestation but managed to reopen on September 11.

Other notable closures included Taqueria Maganda and Kebab Planet, both of which faced temporary shutdowns due to cockroach infestations but resumed operations the following day. A.R. Supermarket at 9580 Garden Grove Boulevard faced closure due to a rodent infestation with no indication of an immediate reopening.

Nam Ni’s Kitchen in Westminster was closed on September 9 because of insufficient hot water but was able to resume service the following day. In Fullerton, Wok & Roll was shut down on September 8 due to a rodent problem, reopening the next day, while Roll & Teriyaki in Buena Park was similarly affected by a cockroach issue. Crumbl Cookies in Garden Grove also faced a closure for insufficient hot water but reopened by September 10.

It is worth noting that Seafood Cove Chinese Restaurant 2 in Westminster, which had been ordered to close on August 31 for a cockroach infestation, was cleared to reopen on September 9.
