Body Discovered on Florida Condo Roof Following Gunfire and Bottle-Throwing Incident

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office reported the event, which began around 10 p.m. when emergency calls alerted authorities about a man reportedly hurling bottles at vehicles passing below.

Upon arrival, law enforcement officials were met with the sound of gunfire emanating from the building’s roof. In response, deputies quickly established a perimeter on Sombrero Road, a critical thoroughfare leading from U.S. 1 toward a frequently visited beach.
