Diddy and son Justin face allegations of gang rape in a new lawsuit.
A recent lawsuit has emerged against Sean “Diddy” Combs and his 31-year-old son, Justin Combs, alleging their involvement in a serious sexual assault incident described as a “brutal gang-rape.” The complaint, filed in Los Angeles, names not only the father and son but also Diddy’s associated businesses, citing charges of sexual assault, battery, gender violence, and negligent supervision, as reported by Media News Source.
The plaintiff, referred to only as Jane Doe, claims that in 2017, she engaged in conversations with Justin Combs via Snapchat. The exchanges revolved around her aspirations in the entertainment industry and included the sharing of explicit photos. The situation escalated when Justin allegedly encouraged her to travel from New Orleans to Los Angeles, promising assistance in her career. Instead of support, she alleges she was “held prisoner” for an entire weekend.
During this time, Jane Doe claims she was subjected to drug and alcohol intoxication, leading to her incapacitation. The lawsuit outlines that three men, wearing “masquerade masks”—one of whom she identifies as Diddy—entered the premises where she was staying. Jane Doe asserts that she was forcibly taken to a bedroom, where she was threatened with coercive language, implying severe consequences should she resist. Over the following day, Jane alleges that Diddy, Justin, and two unidentified men took turns assaulting her while she was under the influence of drugs.
The lawsuit further contends that the actions of Combs’ businesses contributed to the abusive situation, asserting they knowingly facilitated the alleged assaults by luring the victim with false promises of career opportunities and failing to prevent the misconduct.
Jane Doe is now seeking damages for past and future lost earnings, alongside compensation for the profound emotional distress, injuries, and anxiety she claims to have suffered.
Combs’ legal team has publicly denied the allegations, stating that no matter the number of lawsuits filed against him, Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked any individual. This lawsuit follows ongoing legal issues for Combs, including a sex trafficking and racketeering trial, where he has pleaded not guilty to all counts.
Amidst these proceedings, his attorney argued to the jury that while Combs may have engaged in problematic behavior, such as domestic violence, those specifics should not be conflated with the more severe allegations of sexual misconduct currently on trial.
In a broader context, this fresh complaint adds to a series of legal challenges faced by Combs, including a recent high-profile lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend, which involved accusations of rape and prolonged abuse. As the legal battles unfold, the implications for the revered music mogul’s career and public image remain significant.
