According to reports, law enforcement officials claim that Allie-Brennan exited the store with .69 worth of unpaid merchandise. The alleged incident took place around 6:30 p.m. on Monday, when Target staff recognized the lawmaker due to previous, unreported thefts, prompting them to alert the authorities. As a result, Allie-Brennan was issued a misdemeanor summons for sixth-degree larceny and is scheduled to appear in court on July 1.
