Diddy sued for alleged incident involving masturbation into Biggie’s shirt and throwing it at a man.

Sean “Diddy” Combs, the prominent music mogul and founder of Bad Boy Records, has recently been embroiled in additional legal challenges despite his recent acquittal of federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges. Combs, who was born in Harlem, faces a new civil lawsuit that alleges unsettling sexual misconduct, including accusations of masturbating into a shirt previously owned by the late rapper Notorious B.I.G. The case has been filed by an individual identified as John Doe, who claims multiple instances of misconduct.

According to the lawsuit, which has gained attention from various media outlets, the alleged incident occurred during a September 2020 listening session related to a project honoring Notorious B.I.G. Combs is accused of pressuring Doe to consume ketamine during this session. This purportedly led the pair to a warehouse in Los Angeles that housed some of B.I.G.’s clothing, where the allegations escalated. Doe claims Combs watched explicit content and then engaged in inappropriate conduct with the legendary rapper’s shirt before throwing it at Doe while making a reference to B.I.G.

In addition to these recent claims, Doe alleges that Combs forcibly exposed himself in a separate incident dating back to 2005. The lawsuit contains serious charges, including sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, although the damages sought by the plaintiff remain unspecified.

Following the filing, Diddy’s legal team expressed confidence in their client’s innocence, asserting that the recent trial and acquittal on trafficking and racketeering charges affirm their position that Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone. They described the ongoing accusations as unfortunate and lacking corroboration, emphasizing their intention to fight against what they label as false claims. Combs is now facing over 60 lawsuits, including those from individuals who were minors at the time of the alleged offenses.

Recently, Combs faced a significant legal scare, standing trial where he could have received a life sentence. However, he was acquitted of the most severe charges, leaving a potential maximum sentence of 20 years hanging over him. With a sentencing hearing scheduled for October, he remains in custody and has been denied bail. His legal representation is reportedly seeking to expedite this process.

As the legal proceedings unfold and the scrutiny around Combs continues, observers note that the implications of these allegations extend beyond the courtroom, as they contribute to the evolving discussions surrounding accountability within the entertainment industry.
