Rescue operations are currently underway for 43 individuals who remain unaccounted for following the sinking of a ferry near Indonesia’s picturesque resort island of Bali. The KMP Tunu Pratama Jaya, which had departed from East Java’s Ketapang port late Wednesday, encountered severe weather conditions that led to the unfortunate incident. According to the National Search and Rescue Agency, the ferry was carrying a total of 65 individuals, comprised of 53 passengers and 12 crew members.
