Grant Hardin, 56 years old, is described as an imposing figure, standing nearly 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 260 pounds. Since pleading guilty to first-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of a water department worker in February 2017, Hardin has been incarcerated for nearly eight years. His sentence amounts to 30 years; however, the motives surrounding the murder remain unclear.
