Man charged with murder following shooting at 7-Eleven in Northeast Philadelphia.

A Philadelphia man has been charged with murder following a fatal incident that occurred inside a 7-Eleven convenience store. Authorities have identified the suspect as 43-year-old Joseph McGinnis, who is accused of shooting Tyrone Brown, a 55-year-old man, during an argument inside the store located on the 6900 block of Torresdale Avenue in the Tacony neighborhood of the city.

The confrontation between McGinnis and Brown took place shortly after 7 a.m. on Thursday, culminating in the shooting that left Brown with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Emergency responders arrived on the scene shortly thereafter, but Brown was pronounced dead minutes later.
