Orange County program announces search for best company culture in the 2026 Top Workplaces awards.

The Orange County Register is gearing up for the 19th annual search for exemplary workplaces within the region, inviting nominations for its prestigious Top Workplaces award. This initiative recognizes outstanding organizations that foster exceptional work environments, making it a sought-after acknowledgment for businesses throughout Orange County.

Eligible for nomination are organizations with a workforce of 35 or more employees operating in the area. This open invitation extends to a variety of entities, including public and private companies, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies. The awards aim to celebrate diverse workplaces and their commitment to employee satisfaction and engagement.

The nomination process is straightforward and free of charge, allowing anyone to highlight a company they believe stands out in terms of workplace culture and employee welfare.
