Police search for fugitive connected to three Philadelphia homicides, including the shooting death of a 16-year-old boy.

The U.S. Marshals Service has announced a reward of ,000 for information leading to the arrest of 24-year-old Tyvine Jones, who is wanted in connection with three homicides, including the shooting death of a 16-year-old boy in 2020. Jones, a North Philadelphia resident, is alleged to be associated with the Blumberg street gang and has been identified by various tattoos that signify his gang affiliation.

According to the U.S. Marshals, Jones stands approximately six feet tall and weighs around 150 pounds. His last known address was located on the 2600 block of North Chadwick Street. While the identities of the three homicide victims have not been publicly disclosed, authorities have confirmed that they were aged 16, 20, and 23 at the time of their deaths. The incidents occurred in August 2020, May 2022, and September 2022, at various locations including the 2200 block of West Diamond Street and the 1600 blocks of Erie Avenue and Creston Street.

Philadelphia police confirmed that Jones is one of two suspects linked to the murder of 16-year-old Heyward Garrison, who was shot multiple times on August 23, 2020. Garrison succumbed to his injuries shortly after being transported to Temple University Hospital. Another individual believed to have been involved in the case is Anthony Watson, a rapper known as Blumberg Geez, who himself was shot and killed in May 2023.

Furthermore, the District Attorney’s Office previously identified Jones as a suspect in the killing of Wesley Rodwell, a 20-year-old fatally shot on May 25, 2022, as well as Ryan D. Findley, who was killed on September 26, 2022, in a separate incident.

The U.S. Marshals Service has stated that the reward for information leading to Jones’ arrest will be processed immediately upon his arrest, independent of any subsequent conviction.
