Airyn De Niro, 29, who is also an aspiring actress and model, shared her experiences regarding her transition in an exclusive interview. She revealed that she began hormone therapy in November 2024, a process that marks a pivotal step in her personal journey. During the interview, Airyn acknowledged her concerns about her family potentially perceiving her as the person she was prior to her transition.

The public became aware of Airyn’s transition in March 2025 when British tabloids sensationalized her appearance while she was spending time with her father during a family outing in New York City.
