Suspect Arrested in Midtown Manhattan Shooting of Jets Player Kris Boyd
A suspect has been apprehended in connection with the Midtown Manhattan shooting incident that resulted in the injury of New York Jets player Kris Boyd last month, according to law enforcement sources. The shooting occurred on November 16, 2025, during an altercation outside Sei Less, an upscale Asian fusion restaurant located on West 38th Street. However, after exiting the establishment, they encountered the same group again, leading to a confrontation that escalated into violence.
During the altercation, Boyd sustained a gunshot wound to the chest, with the bullet penetrating his lung. Following the incident, the shooter and his accomplices fled the scene. The New York Police Department subsequently released surveillance footage in an effort to identify the assailant.
