In terms of economic performance, the poll showed a slight improvement, with 38 percent of respondents approving of Trump’s handling of economic issues, up from 35 percent in a mid-July survey. However, ratings concerning the economy have remained negative throughout his second term, with few Americans feeling that Trump’s policies have had a beneficial impact on their lives. Some citizens, like Brian Nichols from New Mexico, remain cautiously optimistic. “We’ve placed him in office with specific expectations, and it’s important to trust that he is working towards the best outcomes for the country,” he remarked, despite voicing concerns about certain aspects of the president’s strategies.
