Two men have been charged in connection with a deadly shooting that occurred outside a convenience store in Bordentown, New Jersey, according to announcements from Burlington County prosecutors on Thursday. The suspects, identified as Justford Doe, 23, and Giovanni Varanese, 21, face serious charges including first-degree murder and first-degree robbery, among other offenses, linked to the incident that took place on November 5.

The violent altercation resulted in the deaths of two young men, Daniel Patterson, 22, from Philadelphia, and Mason Knott, 21, from Wrightstown. The shooting unfolded outside a 7-Eleven and Valero gas station located at the intersection of Route 130 North and Farnsworth Avenue. Police were summoned to the convenience store around 11:30 p.m. after Patterson entered seeking assistance. Tragically, he was pronounced dead at the scene from gunshot wounds.
