FBI captures Cindy Rodriguez Singh, mother of missing Everman boy since 2023.

Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, a Texas mother accused of the capital murder of her young son, Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, has been arrested, according to an announcement by the FBI. Her apprehension marks a significant development in a case that has drawn national attention, particularly due to the prolonged search for both her and her missing child.

Rodriguez-Singh was placed on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list in July 2025, facing serious charges that include unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and the murder of a child under 10 years old.
