Kylie Jenner faces lawsuit for allegations of religious and racial discrimination, as well as harassment.

Kylie Jenner, the prominent media personality and founder of Kylie Cosmetics, is facing a lawsuit filed by her former live-in housekeeper, Angelica Vasquez. The lawsuit, lodged in Los Angeles, highlights allegations of religious and racial discrimination, bullying, and a failure to provide adequate protection from hostile work conditions.

Vasquez’s legal action names Jenner as a defendant along with Tri Star Services LLC and La Maison Family Services LLC, as well as unnamed individuals identified in the lawsuit as Does 1 through 25. The suit asserts that Vasquez endured what she describes as “ongoing harassment, discrimination, retaliation and unlawful working conditions” during her employment, which began in September 2024 and concluded with her resignation in August 2025.

According to court documents, Vasquez claims that she faced humiliation and belittlement related to her Salvadoran nationality and Catholic beliefs. This alleged mistreatment included derogatory remarks concerning her immigration status, and she asserts that her concerns were largely ignored by Jenner. The lawsuit further details a work environment characterized by hostility and exclusion, primarily perpetuated by the head housekeeper, identified as Patsy, and another employee named Elsi.

Vasquez reports that her attempts to address the documented abuse were met with contempt from higher-ranking staff members. In one instance, she alleges that a superior violently reacted to her complaints by throwing hangers at her feet. The documents state that this continuous behavior fostered a toxic and abusive workplace, causing Vasquez to experience significant psychological distress, including symptoms resembling post-traumatic stress disorder.

The lawsuit seeks damages for unpaid wages, emotional distress, and punitive measures, although specific monetary amounts have not been disclosed. Importantly, the level of Jenner’s awareness regarding the alleged misconduct of her staff members remains uncertain. It is also unclear whether other complaints had been made prior to this lawsuit and how such issues were navigated within her household.

Sources familiar with the dynamics of Jenner’s home have indicated that there were noted “workplace concerns” regarding Vasquez, including reported “attendance issues.” The lawsuit portrays an environment rife with hostility, where Vasquez asserts that her colleagues unjustly accused her of misconduct in a manner deemed demeaning and degrading.

This case not only spotlights the challenges faced by employees within high-profile households but also raises questions about the responsibilities of employers in addressing workplace climate issues among their staff.
