Mason reportedly recruited family members, including her sister and four children, to serve as couriers, thereby involving her immediate family in the illegal activities. Mason’s illicit gains reportedly funded a lavish lifestyle characterized by extravagant vacations and a penchant for high-end designer goods. Among her purchases, she was noted for acquiring a Gucci collar and leash valued at over 0, along with a nine-carat gold engraved name tag for her Bengal cat, Ghost. Such expenditures underscore a stark contrast between her luxurious living and the criminality underpinning her income.
In April, Mason was convicted of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs, a charge that ultimately led to her significant sentencing. In delivering the sentence, Judge Philip Shorrock condemned her actions, emphasizing the detrimental impact of her choices on her family.
