Les Amis, situated at 128 W. Wilshire Avenue in Fullerton, was ordered to close on September 16 for lacking adequate hot water and reopened the next day. Food sales at 1st & Fair Market in Santa Ana were halted on September 16 because of a rodent issue but resumed operations on September 18. Also, in Fullerton, Lion & Lamb faced closure on September 16 for rodent infestation but was allowed to reopen the same day.

Several other establishments were affected by health regulations as well. Saigon 9 in Garden Grove was closed due to a cockroach infestation on September 16, and it remains unavailable for public service. Similarly, Guckenheimer at Alcon in Irvine was shut down for the same reason on September 16 but reopened a day later.

In response to the public’s health concerns, numerous restaurants have made efforts to rectify the cited issues. For instance, dPot in Irvine closed due to a cockroach presence on September 15 but reopened after addressing the violation the following day. The Snack Bar at Mesa Verde Country Club in Costa Mesa was briefly closed for a sewage overflow but resolved the issue on the same day.

Cali Foodies and Wursthaus, both impacted by cockroach infestations, were allowed to reopen after resolving these health violations.
